Go to the google search and enter the text "intext:File Upload by Encodable". Now search for websites with this word "Upload a file" and click one of them. After the click, you will got an upload form. In this form you will see some options like name, description, email... Type anything you want in these boxes, but a correct email (not your own). Choose your file and upload it! To find your uploaded file search on this url (website)/upload/files/ or (website)/upload/userfiles/
