These affirmations are messages addressed to your subconscious, they determine habitual ways of thinking and behavioral patterns. Positive affirmations generate healing thoughts and ideas that support you and instill confidence, increase self-esteem, calm the mind, and give you inner joy.You say the most powerful affirmations out loud while in front of the mirror. The mirror reflects the feelings you have about yourself. You immediately become aware of when you are resisting and when you are open and relaxed. The mirror clearly shows what thoughts you will need to change in yourself if you want to have a happy, positive life.Just as a mirror reflects your image, experiences reflect your inner beliefs.As you learn, you will learn a lot more about what you say and what you do. You will learn to take care of yourself on a deeper level than you did before. When something good happens in your life, you can go to the mirror and say, "Thank you, thank you. It's amazing! Thank you for making this happen." If something bad happens to you, you can also go to the mirror and say, "Okay, I love you.
